Where Mozart composed Don Giovani

Once a villa of the Duesk family, the historic home was frequently visited by Mozart while in Prague. Now a museum, Bertramka how houses the famous composer's harpsichord, handwritten work, and other artifacts.

Adding to the mystique of this villa is the miraculous escape Mozart's rooms from a fire that destroyed much of the Bertramka in the 1870s. The rooms are where Mozart completed the Don Giovanni opera, a favorite song of the nation.
