Dedicated to contemporary dance

The Ponec Theatre is the only theater in Prague where they only focus on contemporary dance. It was renovated in 2001, and has been an important institution for contemporary dance, movement theatre and other modern dance genres ever since.

The Ponec shows big and smaller progressive dance projects, and the theater organizes seminars and workshops where you can learn from the professionals.
